How to book?
Two simple and fast ways to book your padel court

Book from your phone wherever you are
5 simple steps
Choose your format: 1 vs 1 (Singles Padel) or 2 vs 2 (Classic Padel)
Select: the date, time slot, and desired playing duration
Create your account: with your last name, first name, email, and mobile number
Pay easily: with your bank card
All bank cards are accepted, not just Visa/Mastercard.
Your card simply needs the small 3-digit security code.
Confirm: Just a few clicks are enough to secure your court!

Singles padel
1 vs 1 format - the Ardenne Padel exclusive!
Available from 8 a.m. to 11 p.m., every day
Advantages:

Classic padel
2 vs 2 format - the traditional format
Off-peak hours (8 a.m.-4 p.m.): €36 for 1h30
Late afternoon (5 p.m.-6 p.m.): €42 for 1h30
Peak hours (6 p.m.-11 p.m.): €48 for 1h30
💡 💡 Tip: Divide the rate by the number of players to calculate the cost per person. In doubles with 4 players, €36 comes to €9 each.

Payment options
To complete your booking, you can choose to pay either the full court price or only your share:
Full payment
You pay for the full court
Payment per participant
Each person pays their share separately
Confirmation and access code
Once your booking is confirmed, you will immediately receive a confirmation email with a personal access code (four digits followed by a “#”).
Example code: 4167#
This code is also accessible at any time via the app, in the 'My bookings' menu.
The keypad always flashes red, even when you enter a valid code! Turn the door handle to enter.

Using the code
You can activate the gate and the door from 30 minutes before your booking time, and until 30 minutes after.
The court lights switch on automatically 10 minutes before the booked start time, and turn off 10 minutes after the end of your booking.
Everything is ready so you can enjoy padel hassle-free!

It is simple: join the Ardenne Padel community on our dedicated WhatsApp group.
Request to join the group
An administrator will approve your access quickly
Post a message stating your availability, your level (beginner or ranking), and your preferences (singles or doubles)
The community is welcoming - you will quickly find partners ready to share a game with you
💡 Important tip
Once you have found your partner, remember to add them to your booking so they also receive their access code and can pay their share (if you chose payment per participant).
To do this:
1. Go to the Ardenne Padel app or to this site in the 'My bookings' section
2. Select the relevant booking
3. Use the 'Edit participants' option to add your new partner
4. Choose 'Add a participant' and then 'Add a club member'
In just a few clicks, everyone will be officially added to the booking!
Payment per participant
When creating a new booking, you can choose the 'payment per participant' option. That way, each person pays their share separately at the time of booking, and you do not have to advance the full amount.
Warning
If you do not complete the list of the other players or if one of the participants has not paid their share on time, the remaining amount will automatically be charged to your card when the booking starts.
Make sure all your playing partners are properly registered and in order to avoid surprises.

Move a booking
To move an existing booking, simply cancel it and create a new one at the desired time.
Cancel a booking
A booking can be cancelled at any time up to 24 hours in advance the scheduled playing time. After that, it will no longer be possible to cancel.
You can manage all this via the app or the site, in the 'My bookings' section.
If you cancel your booking within the allowed time frame, the amount paid will be refunded. It may, however, take a few days before the money is credited back to your account.
