How do I book a court?
Booking a court is simple and fast. You can book directly online on our website or download our mobile app. Choose your format (Singles or Classic), the date, the time slot, and the duration. Just a few clicks are enough!
Can I modify or cancel my booking?
Yes, you can cancel a booking up to 24 hours before the scheduled playing time. To change it, simply cancel your booking and create a new one at the desired time. You can manage all this via the app or the site in the 'My bookings' section.
What is the access code?
Once your booking is confirmed, you will immediately receive a confirmation email with a personal access code (four digits followed by a '#'). This code lets you open the entrance gate, the main hall door, and access the locker room. You can activate it 30 minutes before and 30 minutes after your booking.
Do the lights switch on automatically?
Yes! The court lights switch on automatically 10 minutes before the booked start time and turn off 10 minutes after the end of your booking. Everything is ready so you can enjoy padel hassle-free.
Can I rent a racket?
Yes, absolutely! Rental rackets are available on a table at the entrance of the hall. Payment is contactless: €4 per racket via a QR code with your banking app.
Where can I buy balls?
A vending machine is available 24/7 to buy tubes of new balls. Payment by card or smartphone. It is simple and fast!
What shoes should I wear?
Wear a pair of clean-soled sports shoes to preserve the quality of the synthetic court. Avoid dirty shoes or soles that could leave marks.
How is scoring counted in padel?
In padel, the score is counted the same way as in tennis: 15, 30, 40, game. The serve is underhand. The glass walls are part of the game: you can use them to send the ball back!
Can I use the glass walls?
Yes! In padel, using the glass walls is part of the game: it is even allowed and encouraged. If the ball comes quickly towards you, let it pass, let it bounce off the glass, then calmly hit it back to the other side of the net.
How do I find playing partners?
Join our Ardenne Padel community on WhatsApp! Request to join the group; an administrator will approve your access quickly. Once in the group, you can post a message stating your availability, your level, and your preferences.
Is there an academy to improve?
Yes! Our Ardenne Padel Academy offers lessons and training for all ages and all levels. Led by certified coaches, our programs will help you improve regularly and take part in friendly matches and tournaments.
The keypad always flashes red, even when you enter a valid code. That is the normal behavior. Turn the handle to enter.
