Cancellation and refund policy

1. Who provides the service

Court bookings, credits and the club’s other services are offered by CQFD Consult, which operates the club under the trade name Ardenne Padel (Les Sarts 9A, 4990 Lierneux, Belgium). Contact: info@ardenne-padel.be.

2. Cancelling a court booking

You can cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before the start of the booking, from your booking account or by writing to the club. The booking is then refunded in full.

Less than 24 hours before the start, the booking can no longer be cancelled online. Please contact the club: without its agreement, the booking remains payable.

3. How you are refunded

  • Paid with credits: the credits are returned to your balance, keeping their original composition where possible (paid credits and bonus credits). A booking paid with credits is not refunded in cash.
  • Paid by card, Bancontact or iDEAL: the refund is made to the payment method used, through our payment provider Stripe. Depending on your bank, it usually appears within 5 to 10 business days.
  • Booking shared between several players: each player is refunded their own share, to the payment method they used. The split service fee is refunded with the booking when the cancellation is made within the deadline or by the club.

4. Cancellation by the club

If we have to cancel a slot (court unavailable, breakdown, force majeure), you are refunded in full or we offer you another slot, as you prefer.

5. Right of withdrawal

Under Belgian economic law, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to leisure services supplied on a specific date, such as the booking of a padel court. The cancellation terms above apply instead.

6. Credit packs

Purchased credits are not refundable in cash. The club may nevertheless review a request where the law requires it or, exceptionally, where the credits have not yet been used: write to info@ardenne-padel.be.

7. Lessons, academy and events

The specific terms for academy lessons and events are given at registration.
